A considered approach to dough, warmth, and honest Italian craft.

Hearth & Harvest Est. Salford, UK

At Koraven Thessique, our pizza making begins long before the oven door swings open. Dough is nurtured over forty-eight hours through temperature-controlled cold fermentation, allowing live cultures to mature into airy, digestible crusts marked with signature leopard blistering. We mill our flour blend specifically to preserve elasticity while retaining delicate wheat sweetness.

Our toppings reflect a disciplined ethos: nothing is placed atop the dough that does not balance its counterpart. Crushed San Marzano tomatoes yield natural acidity; fresh fior di latte provides creamy sweetness; and finishing drizzles of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil anchor each slice in genuine southern European heritage.
